Web Designer:
We are looking for experienced web designers who have strong
conceptual design skills.
Primary responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design and develop web applications
- Create design prototypes, site navigation, and layout of
content
- Create visual concepts that match the content and ensure
those sites are easy to navigate
- Build websites using technologies that conform to
international standards and make sure that they are universally
accessible
- Perform maintenance and updates to existing web applications
Experience and Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of strong experience in web designing
- Experience in producing table-less, XHTML,
standards-compliant cross browser, and working with DOM
scripting and Movable Type is a big plus
- Advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, Flash
and of digital imaging, illustration with Adobe Photoshop,
QuarkXPress and Illustrator with formal training an asset
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and
cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
- Experience working on a Mac platform is a plus
- Must be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal,
communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and
creativity in problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team and lead a team of web designers
is a big plus
- Superior knowledge of current web-design trends and
techniques, a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered
design, and experience with web database solutions definite
assets.

Web/Application Developer (.NET):
Primary Responsibilities:
- Successful candidate will work with team of web/application
developers
- Developing high-availability and high-volume web applications
- Develop, deploy and maintain user-centric web applications
- Optimize application performance
- Internationalization of web applications
- Coordinate feature, user experience and UI review with
stakeholders of each project
Experience and Required Skills:
- Must have a minimum working experience of 3 years in web
technologies. Candidates having more than 4 years of work experience
will be considered for Team Lead position
- Must have good exposure in front end tier development of web
applications using ASP.Net 2.0/VB.NET/C#, AJAX and JavaScript
- Experience working with advanced JavaScript libraries is a big
plus
- Strong fundamental knowledge of OOPS / OOD / RDBMS
- Exposure in middle tier development is a definite plus
- Candidates who possess good knowledge of architecture &
frameworks will have an edge over others
- Microsoft certification will be added advantage
- Exposure to complete Software Development Life
- PHP knowledge is a plus

Successful candidate will work with team of web/application developers.

Required Skills:

Spring, HTML, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, MySQL and Tomcat
- Experience working with advanced JavaScript libraries like Dojo,
prototype, YUI, ExtJS, Jquery…etc is a big plus
- Candidates who possess good knowledge of architecture &
frameworks will have an edge over others
- Certification will be an added advantage
- Exposure to complete Software Development Life
- PHP knowledge is a plus

developers.

project stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Must have a minimum working experience of 4 years
- Excellent communication skills and high degree of

- Commercial experience in Web Application development and /
or software development is desirable
- Experience of Object Oriented programming/ modular
programming is essential
- Proficient in PHP4 & PHP5, SQL, HTML/ XHTML, JavaScript,
AJAX, MySQL, Apache and Linux
- Experience working Web 2.0/3.0 applications and working on
facebook applications is a big plus
- Experience working with advanced JavaScript libraries like
Dojo, prototype, YUI, ExtJS, Jquery…etc is a big plus
- Candidates who possess good knowledge of architecture &
frameworks will have an edge over others
- Certification will be an added advantage
- Exposure to complete Software Development Life
