Rajesh Prathipati, Joint Managing Director at Auciti has been involved in ‘Suryakumari Abraham Foundation’ since 2002. It is a Socio-Economic Voluntary non-profit service organization with the sole objective to work in the rural areas for the upliftment of poor, illiterate villagers with an emphasis on children, and empowerment of women irrespective of caste, creed and colour.

Career Guidance

These include scientists, doctors, engineers, and other graduates. Certain occupations and sectors are considered as characteristic of this new growing economy. IT/ITES sector is one of the most notable.

In this day and rapidly evolving technological scenario, today’s workforce is faced with tough choices to make in relation to choosing an occupation or an area of work they are best suited for. Career Guidance services in India are either very few or generally arranged with a vested interest by colleges and corporations.

Auciti’s management team has an average of over 20 years of industry and domain expertise. We leverage this experience and other experts from the Industry to provide un-biased guidance to interested people regardless of where they are employed. Auciti arranges one-on-one career guidance sessions in a specific technological area. These sessions are held once every quarter at Auciti premises.
